Fire detection, signaling and alarm
The system is configured by means of initiating devices (early detection, smoke detection, flame detection and detection of gases and explosive mixtures, etc.), local manual stations, and exit devices for notification such as audible and visible alarms, among others. All monitored and controlled by means of a central control panel.
CENTRAL CONTROL PANEL
This is a centralized control panel, which can be of an intelligent or conventional type. This panel is in charge of receiving all input signals (initiation devices) and releases voltage to activate alarm equipment (notification or output devices). According to the control philosophy that is sent to it, this board is capable of activating extinguishing systems by means of zones. Likewise, shutdown and start-up of external equipment such as: HVAC (handlers, filters, gates, etc.) and air extraction, among others, can be controlled.
EARLY DETECTION
This system works by taking air samples from the protected area within a network of CPVC pipes, which have holes of specific diameters along them to suck the air sample. A sample of air passes through a double stage filter, the first stage removes dust to allow the sample to enter the laser detection chamber and the second stage provides clean air to keep the optical surfaces free from contamination, this sample is Analyzed by a lens integrated in the aspiration equipment, detecting smoke particles, and upon detecting them, it is activated by sending a signal to the central control panel through control modules and this, in turn, take programmed decisions.
SMOKE DETECTION
It is an intelligent and addressable device in the field, for the supervision of fire, being able to be ionic and / or photoelectric, among others. The operation function is by means of an electronic camera that captures the combustion particles to such a degree of filling the chamber in the case of ionic detectors, and in the case of photoelectric detectors, said particles oppose a light beam inside the camera, both detectors in your case will be alarmed by high concentration of smoke. When these events occur, the signal will be sent to the central control panel.
SIGNALING WITH AUDIBLE ALARM
Output device that indicates a condition or emergency, processed by the control panel. When activated it will emit a strong tone, for the warning of an emergency. Such devices can send tone or message depending on the needs of the project.
SIGNALING WITH VISIBLE ALARM
Dispositivo de salida que inicia una condición o emergencia procesada por el panel de control. Al activarse indicará un destello de luz estroboscópica o simplemente una luz fija. En estos dispositivos existen luces individuales o tipo semáforo, según se requiera en el proyecto.
Gas and fire system
They are systems configured for the detection of high gas concentrations, as well as the presence of a fire. This in specific areas where gases and flames are handled or can be generated. Detection is combined with an alarm (visual and audible) for warning and evacuation of risk areas. The systems can be controlled by means of analog or digital boards, according to the required specification.
FLAME DETECTION
It acts quickly where the ignition is almost instantaneous; detecting the UV and / or IR radiation that emanates from the flames, because it uses a cold cathode sensitive to these rays and when receiving the two signals (UV and IR) is activated.
DETECTION OF GAS AND EXPLOSIVE MIXTURES
Gas detectors and explosive mixtures will be installed at a predetermined height or in specific areas, these devices when detecting a concentration of gas will be activated according to the level in which they are calibrated, upon confirming the signal is sent to the control board.

Alarm system by voice and tones
A paging or tone system is used for a specific communication of actions in the event of an emergency, indicating the event by activating it through spoken messages (recorded or live) or differentiated tones according to the attempt corresponding to an alarm signal, pre-alarm, fault or problem.
Fire fightingg communication network
A communication network that can be organized between devices or boards, through a network bus, this communication, monitoring and control reaches one or more central workstations, which are the brain of a network and can control different buildings, zones, etc ... being able to manipulate them by means of controlled accesses.
